(1) Buy one (1) new house, below RM100k. (Rental with positive cashflow)
(2) Nett ROI per annum in share market to be not less than 10% pa.
(3) Increase gross salary by 30%
(4) New business model to have TURNOVER: Not less than RM5,000-00, GP%: Not less than 20%, NPBT: Positive.
(5) Forced savings (reserve funds) of RM420 nett
(6) Fixed monthly cash payment to mom of RM400 nett
(7) Top 3 placing for Novice or Pre-Amateur in dance competition for respective categories (i) Ballroom AND (ii) Latin
(8) Well toned Body Weight at 63 - 65kg .
(9) No alcohol/ No cigarettes - Unstressed liver function.
(10) Stay positive & happy (Hair Loss as indicator)
